Caitlyn B. is the daughter of fallen U.S. Army Sergeant John Franklin B. III. She describes her dad as a compassionate, fearless, loyal, and humble soldier and father.

With the help of Fallen Patriots, Caitlyn is attending Augusta University where she is studying Kinesiology. When she isn't studying for her classes, Caitlyn is busy with her extracurriculars at her University. Caitlyn is the Vice President of the Pre-PA club and the Kinesiology club and is a member of the Biology club. She shadows PA's weekly and works at an eye surgery center during her free time. Caitlyn is also hosting a Gold Star Family Appreciation baseball game at Augusta University to spread awareness in her community.

When asked how receiving a scholarship from Fallen Patriots has impacted her college journey, Caitlyn says,

Fallen Patriots has impacted my life in so many ways. You all paid for half of my Associate’s Degree when I was doing dual enrollment in high school. You paid for my new laptop to use for school, you gave me a living allowance when I was in need of one, and you guys even paid for both my certified nursing assistant course and my medical assisting course! Fallen Patriots has been very helpful with my education!

The vision of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation is to ensure that every such child necessary college funding. Approximately 25,000 children have lost an active-duty parent during their term of military service. No centralized database exists of these families, and as a result, children who are eligible for our support can be missed.
