Lesley Kelly serves as the Head Trader, Partner at Venrock. Prior to joining Venrock, Lesley worked at RBC Capital Markets from 2014-2020 as a Managing Director. She was also a Co-Chair of the RBC Vets Employee Resource Group.
Lesley spent almost 20 years trading healthcare on the buyside and sellside as well.
Ms. Kelly is a former Intelligence officer and Jumpmaster in the US Army.
She received her MBA in Finance/Accounting from the Owen Graduate School at Vanderbilt University and her BS in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Kelly resides in New York with her husband and two children.
