This #GivingTuesday, send your donations to veteran organizations — that have been verified as organizations that will put your money to good use. All of these non-profits have been vetted using Charity Navigator and Guidestar so your donation can benefit the veterans it’s meant for.

  • Semper Fi Fund: Provides immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post 9/11 combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.   • Homes for Our Troops Inc: Builds specially adapted, mortgage-free homes for the most severely injured Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. CFC Code: 12525 Charity Navigator Rating: 91.69

  • Wounded Warrior Project: WWP's mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors.
